рыночная капитализация
Произведение общего количества акций компании на их текущую цену; выражает текущую рыночную стоимость ее собственного капитала. Как правило, чем выше рыночная капитализация, тем выше к ней интерес инвесторов и выше ликвидность акций, то есть количество акций, продаваемых в день. Многие фондовые биржи используют показатель Р.к. как решающий критерий включения компании в биржевой индекс. В свою очередь, включение компании в индексы таких бирж, как Доу Джонс Индастриал, FTSE 100, DAX обеспечивает международный интерес инвесторов к ее акциям.
